Gentle, regular exercise is the best way to stay fit
and healthy, especially when you're not getting any younger! Join
in a group so you can walk and talk with others. Early morning walkers
meet at the Cottage at 7.30am on Tuesday mornings.
Learn this ancient Chinese form of gentle exercise
and meditation. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
